I could share for days about the impact this practice has had on my life personally. Finding out I am a carrier of the ApoE 4/4 genotype was so scary. I reached out to so many experts to see if anyone would agree to see me or let me participate in their research. When Dr. Niotis replied that she was able to see me for a consultation, I was beyond excited. My journey with them has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Niotis’ humility, kindness and, above all, knowledge about the field of preventive neurology has given me a sense of peace, hope and confidence that there is much we can do to prevent neurodegenerative diseases. Beth’s energy, joy and encouragement makes me feel that I’m capable of anything! Hollie exudes such serenity and peace. Her demeanor instantly brings calmness to a situation where there may be a sense of anxiety and stress as patients work to manage/improve their situation. Together, this team has made me feel empowered and confident beyond measure! As I’ve shared with them, there is a greater purpose to the work that they do and it is difficult to put into words just how BLESSED I feel to have the opportunity for them to be a part of my journey. I truly believe that everything in life happens for a reason. Sometimes the challenges that we are faced with are not what we would have expected or wanted, but when we surround ourselves with the right people and support, anything is possible! With this team, I will continue to work towards the possibility of leading a long, strong brain healthy life!

Words can’t describe how much I appreciate what Preventive Neurology has done to reduce my risk of neurological disease and improve my overall health. I came to them with some bad family history, some not so great genes, and a fair amount of anxiety. As a result of their plan, my biomarkers have improved dramatically in all sorts of ways that are important not just to avoid neurological disease but also for general healthspan and longevity. There are very few practices that focus on helping people like me avoid neurological disease with a truly personalized approach, I feel very lucky that I have Preventive Neurology in my corner.

Dr. Niotis is my new doctor and I am fully committed to her and to her team. She is a preventive neurologist focusing on prevention of Alzheimer’s, Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson’s disease. It has been a total game changer for me. Not only is she brilliant, cutting edge, and compassionate; her passion and expertise turns areas of concern that could be anxiety provoking and concerning into actionable and manageable preventive lifestyle changes. I believe you will be very excited to address what you may have thought was unaddressable, and will enjoy a new peace of mind in learning how to address your concerns under their care and guidance.
