Our practice uses a direct payment model independent of insurance. Insurance can be submitted for some diagnostic procedures and lab work, but it is not guaranteed. We also have no affiliation with Medicare, and if you are currently enrolled with Medicare, you will be required to sign a waiver form acknowledging your understanding of this.
OUR PRACTICE
We understand that everyone has different needs, so we offer two distinct care models:
Consultation Model
This model is ideal for patients who are already working closely with another physician or healthcare provider and are seeking expert guidance on how best to reduce their risk for neurodegenerative diseases.
Annual Care Model
This model is designed for patients who require more comprehensive monitoring and a deeper, long-term partnership. In this model, we take responsibility for all aspects of your brain health care, including prescription management, ensuring a cohesive, streamlined approach to your treatment plan.
